Description
"Emission nebula NGC 1491 in Perseus shot with my .5 meter telescope. The stars were removed to reveal the subtleties of this heavenly skyscape, like a section from a renaissance mural. As the NII filter had stronger signal than the SII filter in this one, this is an NHO image with RGB stars."
A metallic paper print of NGC 1491. Photographed by J K Lovelace.
Each print is Made-To-Order.

Materials
MOAB Slickrock Metallic Pearl 260 gsm paper, acid free. From the maker's website: “Slickrock Metallic Pearl 260 transforms an image into life like, almost 3D quality.”
Recommended Care
Recommended Care: Treat you print with care until it has been mounted and or framed. Metallic prints will look best in good lighting. If you receive your print and aren't seeing the colors and details pop, try taking the print into a different room with better lighting. If you'd like to frame your metallic print, avoid any glazing as this addition may extinguish the metallic pop.
Recommended Use: Passage goes along well with renaissance motifs and makes a great house-warming gift. Imagine seeing this print mounted in your library or study as you immerse yourself in the history of religious altarpieces, classical antiquity, or mythological paintings. Of course, it all comes back to astronomy, so don't forget to consider giving this as a gift to that special stargazer in your life!
